This stunning sculpture etched entirely by hand captures de essence of a samurai warrior, his contention and force. 

Inspired by premodern day Japanese warriors, Lladró has created an imposing sculpture that expresses the qualities of these protective guardians: containment and strength. This figure is made in Gres, an ideal material for large creations decorated with enamel paints. These pigments, when crystallizing in the oven, acquire endless nuances that, in addition, are different in each piece, so that each resulting figure is unique and unrepeatable.
